Our company's goal is to ensure our customer's hair is top-notch and you are satisfied, However, if you are not you may return your order, we just ask the hair to still be in presentable condition and sealed. We also ask you to keep your billing and shipping address the same so you can receive a refund for your purchase. We do not take any exchanges.
