Shipping Policy 
Mezmerized Stylez is dedicated to providing you with the best possible service! This devotion applies not only to our products but also to our methodology. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, or sooner. All packages are sent via USPS and arrive in 5-7 business days. Weekend orders will be processed the following business day. We are not responsible for orders that are lost in the mail, addresses that are wrong, or packages that are unclaimed or denied. The tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email can be used to track your package. On Sundays and all major holidays, we are closed.
Return Policy 
Our company's goal is to make sure our customers hair is top notch and you are satisfied , However if you are not you may return your order, we just ask the hair to still be in presentable condition and sealed. We also ask you keep your billing address and the shipping address the same so you can receive a refund from your purchase. We do not take any exchanges.
Lost/Stolen Packages 
Mezmerized Stylez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
